Another Development for 14th

Another buy-up of three adjacent properties on 14th Street, this time on the Fifth/Sixth block.  The 269-273 14th ST NY Corp has spent almost $9M on three wood frame houses, with the most recent purchase, of middle house 271, completed last month for $3.258M.  All three are now slated for demolition, but plans for new construction have not yet been filed.
