A retroactive new building application for a new 2-family residence has been filed at 262 18th Street. Just a few weeks ago we noticed the curious "Alt 2" work at this address, where an apparently new, taller building was already under construction. Builder & owner/manager are listed respectively as Jamaica-based Askon Architects & Lael Schultz
