As houses go upwardly mobile their aluminum awnings are sure to hit the dumpster.  So it's quite a surprise to see a new building (or enlargement, at least) going out of its way to get a new one. Has the day of awning chic finally arrived?  We expect the Times to be onto the trend in oh, a year or two.
