I'll ask (sorry) yet again. Where's developer Chaskiel Strulovitch? His site's been quiet since last March. The SWOs are not posted at the site, and a rendering of the proposed development has been torn down. I've checked in on the place a few times on the blog, and every time I walk by I think I might see signs of action. Nothing doing.
