There was an altercation at E&H a few Saturday nights ago. The police tape was up Sunday morning. When I stopped in, I snapped a photo of that exact car. Seems to keep that spot relatively consistently.
Yes, it's around that part of Sixth a lot, quite often on 14th. A classic.
