Update coming on the subway renovations at Fourth & 9th? (DNAinfo)
The stores' renovations appear to be moving along, and I continue to wonder what's coming in. What I'd like is a Clark Street style retail mix, though I'm not expecting it to happen. How about donuts (no cronuts please), bagels (a Bagel Hole outpost), a not too self-absorbed coffee stand, the newstand back on the west side, flowers (why not!), and a proper soup, tacos, tamale joint, like the one that used to operate at Fourth and 11th (now a construction site)
