This little strip of stores on 18th Avenue is a bit of a blast from the past. Expert Watch Repair, Great Wall Kitchen (see the telephone) with its vertical Chow Mein sign, Video. Except for the vinyl awnings, it feels like retail developments ground to a halt circa 1984.
