Great shots, looking forward to Sunday and like Goggla said, dreading this place next year. I'll go once next year just to see how much it sucks and then never again.
I think it will be terrible next year, but I suspect I'll still want to see what goes on, even if it's depressing. I do like seeing the older residents of Coney Island (& Brighton Beach) out & about & I'm crazy about watching the real mixture of people that pass you by. I don't think they'll be disappearing immediately & so even though it'll be irretrievably spoiled, I'll still probably check in every so often. Wish me courage.

I've been saying for a year now that I'll make a 'last' visit to Coney. I think this weekend will be it. It breaks my heart to think about it.
