The clip is from Little Fugitive the work of Ashley/Engel/Orkin. A little kid, Joey, believes he's killed his older brother, Lenny & flees to Coney Island. Oh man, a beautiful picture of 50's Coney Island. You have to check it out.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Fugitive
