One of my favorite readers, Niki, just supplied me with a gory photograph, taken last night at the downtown N/R platform at 8th Street & Broadway. No station staff seemed to think this pool of blood worth attending to, and its origin was a mystery, but our sleuthing reporter noticed a "suggestive wheel mark" in the foreground of the crime scene. What happened?

Don't know. I'll see if I can come up with anything. Yes, scary, & I almost didn't post it, but I'm a little morbid, I suppose.
