The permits are now posted for the Mercy Home residence at Fourth & 12th Street. I had been unable to find any evidence of permits at the DOB prior to today because, as you will see below, the address listed is 215 12th Street, an apparently defunct address on the north side of 12th between Fourth & Third. Across the avenue. This incongruity is explained as follows:
215 12 ST IS AN INVALID LOT
PER TOPO, BLOCK 1028 LOT 7 WAS ASSIGNED 220 12 ST ONLY (5/20/15)
Well, that really clears things up!
Anyhow, it's good to see that work is really underway. The permits show plans filed for a two-storey residence, and shoring & bracing work for excavation.
